KF Cement Works offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all products.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact KF Cement Works within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a refund, email your name, order number, and reason for the refund to info@kfcementworks.com. Upon receipt of your request, we will schedule a day and time to pick up the product in question. A replacement or refund will then be issued.
